RULES:

1. YOU MUST CARRY A MASK. If you can not maintain a 1.5m distance from others, you must wear your mask. (Updated 3rd April 2021).

2. Bring two clean towels. One for your face, one for placing over equipment such as benches and mats.

3. Bring a full water bottle. The water fountains have been removed.

4. If you are sick STAY HOME. credit will be given for future visits if you have pre-booked.

5. Give notice if you aren't attending. If you have pre-booked and cancel, as much notice as possible is appreciated so another client can have the timeslot. (Repeat cancelations and no shows will be charged, please be considerate of other members and management).

6. COVID-19 non entry rules. Have you been tested in the last 14 days and should be isolating? Are you a close contact of someone currently being tested? Have you been in a designated hotspot in the last 14 days? If you answered YES to any of these question please do not attend the gym.

GYM SUBJECT TO CLOSURE if trainer becomes sick or has been advised to get tested.

Terms & Conditions

*TINBOX FITNESS

Prices: Valid as of 1 November 2020. Subject to occassional adjustments. Specials valid at time of advertising only. Multiple visit gym & group class packs expire after 6 months from date of purchase. PT Packs expire 1 year from date of purchase. 1, 3, 6 & 12 Month Memberships begin on either the 1st or 15th of the month; a pro-rata weekly rate of $20pw will be added to align your payment with either the 1st or 15th.

Clearance forms: Every new member must complete the pre-exercise screening forms (with healthcare professionals clearance if applicable). Consult your healthcare professional before beginning any fitness regime.

Age Restrictions: (High School Students) ages 13-18 must
have PRIOR guardian consent before training.

Hold Policy:
6 & 12 month memberships may place your membership on hold for 1 month if you have a serious injury, illness or scheduled holiday. Please advise management as soon as possible to begin the hold.

CIRCUIT / HIIT (via ZOOM)
Resistance and Cardio

Interesting circuits, full body workouts using machines, free weights, body weight all in a 45 minute workout.

Be pushed that extra step.

45 minute class
BOXERCISE (n/a)
Cardio based workout

Basic boxing moves for exercise, focused on cardio, upperbody - also includes some core and lower body moves.


30 minute class
SQUEAKY JOINTS (via ZOOM)
Lighter pace & lighter resistance

Similar to the circuit workout with a focus on keeping the joints moving with perfect technique - quality over quantity.

 

45 minute class
STRETCH (via ZOOM)
Stretching & light resistance

Individual stretching. Light resistance circuits.

Focusing on mobility of joints and flexibility of muscles. Use of: resistance bands, spikey massage balls, foam rollers, light weights.

45 minute class
 
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
4 to 6 people

Suited to small groups of friends who would like to train together at a different timeslot to classes scheduled. Customised to your goals.

Sports specific training or general circuit classes, boxercise, stretching etc.

1 on 1 & 2 on 1

Suited to your individual needs. Fitness assessment, goal setting, personalised fitness plan, motivation, monitoring & progress assessments.
